Process Consultancy with Polarion® ALM

Process consulting includes how any project should start, progress and be completed. When developing a project, process consultancy is needed to ensure the most efficient use of resources such as time, cost and people.
 
In order for product research and development processes to proceed in the most efficient way, the project shall be recorded from the beginning to the end and proceed within a certain plan. PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) or ALM(Aplication Lifecycle Management) systems are used to facilitate tracking the progress of the project according to a specific plan.

What is Polarion® ALM ?

In order to understand what Polarion® ALM is, we can start from the meaning of the abbreviation ALM, which is also mentioned in its name. ALM stands for Application Lifecycle Management. The Turkish equivalent of this is Application Lifecycle Management System. The concept of ALM is the general name of application management systems. For this reason, there are ALM software from many different companies. As can be understood from its meaning, we use ALM software to manage and monitor your applications or projects from beginning to end in a regular and planned manner. ALM software is software developed to facilitate detailed management and follow-up of processes such as requirement creation, coding, testing and publishing in the project development lifecycle.

Polarion® ALM, on the other hand, is an Application Lifecycle Management system developed by Siemens that allows you to easily manage your project and see the progress of your project by providing comprehensive solutions for every step from requirement creation to coding, testing and publishing.
